I Was FORCED into Finding the Best Way. (My Cancer Story)

It all started back in 2008/2009. I came back from a week-long holiday and I realized that I had a small lump on my neck.

I then pushed it to the side and didn’t think anything of it.

After another week went by, the lump just started to grow and grow and my partner was getting worried.

So, I went down to the doctors and one thing lead to another and after seeing the cancer specialist, he said I had lymphatic cancer and I had 6 months to live and we need to get you into the hospital right NOW to start treatment.

Now, for the last few weeks leading up to this appointment with the cancer specialist, I had done A LOT of research on what is really going on inside of me.

And I found out a lot of amazing education of what was really going on inside of me.

I decided to take what I learned and apply it to my life and the cancer went away and I’ve had an amazing energy and healthy every since because I NOW UNDERSTAND what REAL and TRUE health is.

And the one thing that shocked me was, not many people really understand what is TURE and REALY HEALTH.

I might get sick once maybe twice a year, that’s it. (Normally when I make myself sick on pizza, lol or just me pushing myself to hard.).

After I removed my cancer and I understood what real and TRUE health was…

I Now Was Ready to Finally Get My Weight Under Control. (My FAT TO RIPPED STORY)

After struggling with my weight all my life, like I mean I would lose it, then put it back on. Lose it and then put it back on… and so on.

I was frustrated. (You might be in the place right now).

I said enough is enough.

I went out and started to buy all the lose weight, get into shape, getting lean, getting ripped, getting a toned body and more courses that I could find.

I spent thousands and thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours putting everything I learned in the real world.

Now, let me be real with you here.

Some of the stuff, I mean a lot of the stuff that I learned was total crap and unsustainable.

Some of the stuff that I put into my life, I saw amazing results.

For example, do you know that eating the food you REALLY like, (Mine is pizza, ice-cream and more) at least once a week at the right time will help you lose weight?

When I learnt this, I thought what?

So, I put that in practice for a whole month and the results were amazing. (But it needs to be at the right time to make it very effective).

Another cool thing that I learned that there are exercises that can burn fat up to 48 hours after your workout.

That’s right, you do the workout today and your body will burn fat update to 48 hours after that workout.

This was just a few of the MANY awesome tools that I learned that made a massive difference in my life.

This lead me going from fat to ripped and I’ve stayed in really good shape ever since.
